Only I would put Ravioli on when we have Italian Guests eating! Served with stewed Cherry Tomatoes, Char-grilled Courgette strips, Tomato Butter Sauce with Basil Oil and Parmesan Crisps. Tash said I received the cautios nod of approval, they said it was just like “Italia” and then ate the lot. I’ll take that.

First time I have done this dish. The Dauphinoise whilst slightly large were really excellent. Very thinly slice potatoes. Use a large white ramekin next time. Portioned the filled, dusted with Paprika and Flour and sauteed in a pan. Finished for 3 minutes in the oven. Sauteed Shallot and Garlic in the pan, added Mushrooms, Brandy and Paprika then finished with Jus Lie, Cream and Butter. Season and added Lemon Juice. Very nice dish.

One of my favourite dishes. Cripsy sweet pastry with tangy Lemon filling, glazed with Sugar and served with Rapsberry Coulis and Sweet Cream. It’s a delight.
