Craig’s Notes

Char-grilled the Carrots and created a lattice, Carrot Mayonaise, Creme Fraiche with a little Horseradish and Capers and Gherkins. Very nice.

Beautiful Sirloin with Shallot, Mushroom and Mustard Cream Sauce served with Leek and Potato Cake, Green Beans and Mushroom Puree.

Tangy Bramley Apple in a crispy pasty case with sliced Breaburn Apple glazen with Butter and Sugar and Chantilly Cream.
