Craig’s Notes

Buttery Pasrty case filled with gently poached natural Smoked Haddock, crispy Smoked Bacon, Spring Onions and Gazza’s Basic Tart Mixture and topped with Cheese. Baked in the oven until delicious and served with Wholegrain Mustard, Shallot and White Wine Vinegar Dressing.

Breast of Chicken stuffed with a Chicken and Mushoom farci, a boudin of the remiander of the farci, mashed Potato, Pea Puree and Brocolli with a Red Wine Sauce. Went down a treat.

Oven baked flat Peaches, griddled before service with Cherries in Kircsh and Vanilla Ice Cream. Delight!
