Craig’s Notes
I really love these little smoked trout fillets. They are so soft and buttery. Served with Horseaddish Mayonnaise, julienne of Carrot and Fennel, Beetroot and a large slice of hot buttered toast.
Sauteed Chicken in a White Wine and Mushroom sauce flavoured with Tomato served with Pommes Croquette, Asparagus, heart shaped Crouton and french fried Egg.
This is my favourite dessert. Eggs, Sugar and Cream baked until set with all butter Shortbread. What a treat.
