Grilled Goat’s Cheese with Waldorf Salad

Baked Fillet of Haddock with Stewed Tomatoes, Pesto and Crispy Onions

(√Dairy, √Gluten, √Fish)

 

Lemon Meringue Pie with Lemon Curd Ice Cream

 (√Dairy, √Eggs, √Gluten)

Grilled the Goat’s Cheese and sat upon a toasted Crouton. Served with Waldorf Salad, Lime Soured Cream and wafer thin Apple.

Stew the Onions and Tomatoes. Season well. Bake the Haddock and serve with Pesto, the Tomatoes, some Garlic Butter Potatoes and Crispy Onion rings. Finished with a Shallot and Cherry Tomato Dressing.

Crispy Pastry case with very Lemony Curd, topped with Meringue and backed in the oven. Served with Lemon Curd Ice Cream.
