Smoked Peppered Mackerel Parfait with Potatoes & Capers

Roast Loin of Pork with Leek and Garlic Stuffing, Griddled Apples and Roast Gravy

Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream

Lined the moulds with Smoked Mackerel and then made a parfait from the trimmings with melted Butter, whipped Cream and Horseradish. Set in the fridge. Served with Potato Salad, Gherkins and Caper Dressing.Finished with Horseradish and Black Pepper.

Roast the Pork Loin and served with Leek Stuffing, caramelised Apple filled with Apple Puree, mashed Potato, Red Cabbage and Roast Parsnips.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with lots of Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.
