Chickpea Salad, with Sahllot, Tomato, Chilli, Lime and Coriander topped with Mixed Leaves, Falafel, Mint Sauce and Smoked Chilli Sauce. Finished with Coriander and Mint Leaves.

Slow, Butter fried Sea Bass Fillet, with Pastry, caramelised Onions, Onion puree, wilted Kale and Chard, Pommes Anna. chargrilled Peppers, Onion Rings and Shallot and Red Wine Dressing.

Cranachan Parfait with Oat biscuit base, Raspberries with Whisky gel and Raspberry powder finished with Raspberry Sauce and Meringues.
