Craig’s Notes

If you ask my Daughter this is my Signature dish. Onions, Potatoes, Stock, Peas and Watercress. Delicious. Served with Cream Cheese quenelle, Croutons, Cream and Mint Oil.

Really delicious Loin of Pork with Garlic and Onion Stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Carrot Puree and Roast Parsnips.

Buttered Brioche, lashings of Vanilla Custard, topped with sugar and baked until golden. Need I say more? It’s Bread Butter and Custard!
