Craig’s Notes

Stew is nice. Can be filling. Do not put too much on the plate. Needs the Parsley and Lemon Garnish to lift the dish.

The Spiced Chicken (Ras-el-Hanout) is a wonderful dish with delicisous spicy Chicken and the lovely Honey and Olive Oil Chickpeas. Added Green Beans and Pea Puree as a garnish.

The Tart should be tangy. The Lemons were not bitter enough. Too much sugar for the filling. Check Lemons. Raspberries added a nice tang.
