Creamy Linguini with Prawns

Poached Fillet of Salmon with Bacon Potato Cake & Sauce Vierge

Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream & Toffee Sauce

Craig’s Notes

Simple and nice starter. Tinted the Linquini with Tomato to give it a pink tinge. Simple Shallot, Garlic and Cream Sauce reduced down with Linguini and allowed the Prawns to cook gently in the sauce. On the plate with a little Parmesan and Chives.

The Bacon and Potato Cake would have been better using Mashed Potato instead of Rosti in style. Sauce Vierge is always a winner and served with Sautueed Carrots and Celery.

I slightly over churned the Ice Cream and whilst it was nice it could have been silkier. Lovely Pears. Served it all in a Tuille.
