Crème Brûlée

I was really pleased with the starter apart from the presentation. Grilled Prawns, Tempura Prawns, Prawn Ceviche, Tarragon Puree, Marie Rose. Too many leaves. Too few prawns. Needs to see the Ceviche and leave out the Chilli.

Salmon cooked en papilotte with mirepoix of Vegetables, pickled Lemon, Butter and Vermouth. Served with Leek Puree, Fish Cake, Dill and Lemon Butter Sauce.

Crème Brûlée was a special request from our Guests. Perfect Dessert.
