Panna Cotta, Strawberries, Cream

Grilled Goat’s Cheese with grilled Black Pudding, Parmesan crisp, Apple, Apple Puree and Creme Fraiche Dressing. Needs work.

Lamb in Mint Crumb, with Lamb Koftas, Carrot and Coriander Puree, Asparagus, Green Beans (from the polytunnel) and Pommes Boulanger. Served Yoghurt with Mint with the Koftas and a White Wine Sauce.

Panna Cotta, Strawberries, whipped Cream,. Shortbread and freeze dried Strawberries.
