Craig’s Notes

Beautiful tart filled with Garlic Mushrooms, served with a Muchroom Puree and Warm Asparagus and Watercress Salad.

Sauteed Bacon, with Onions, Stock and Cream finished with Peas served with Baked Haddock Fillet, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Onion Puree.

Coffee and Amaretto flavoured Cream Cheese layered with Almond Biscuits soaked in Coffee and Chocolate.
