Craig’s Notes

I really like this cheese and can understand why it is currently so popular. Marinated the Halloumi in Sesame Seeds and Oregano. Served with Char-grilled Peppers and Sun-dried Tomates and a warm Tomato Sauce.

Roasted the Lamb’s Rump and served on the Pomme Boulanger with macedoine of Root Vegetables and Cauliflower Puree. The sauce needed a little Red Current to take the savoury edge off.

Bread and Butter Puddind made with Brioche and served with Chocolate Sauce. Yum! Yum!
