I am very pleased with this dish. Earthy Beetroot with Feta pane’d in Breadcrum and Sesame Seed, quickly fried with a beautfiul Beetroot, Shallot, Redwine and Honey Dressing with Toasted Pine Nuts, Pumkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds.
Duck was pan-fired and finished in the oven along with the rich Caramelised Onions, very tasty Haggis Mash, Cauliflower Puree and rich Redwine Sauce. Delicious but needed a splash of colour.
Very difficult dessert to make and whilst tasty was slightly disappointing. Whilst Terry’s do well with Chocolate and Orange not that popular as a dessert.
