Craig’s Notes

Very nice starter. Char-grilled the Courgettes and then let them cool so I got the plates really hot and took them about about 10 minutes before service and allowed the plate to warm them through. Served with Aubergine Puree, Dressing and Chive Oil. Very nice tart.

This is one of my favourite dishes. It is so simple yet so tasty. The key is time. That’s all. Simple Stewed Tomatoes, Pesto and Crispy Fried Onions. Winner.

Recipe derived from RAB V2 Page 186. Really happy with the Dessert. Thought the Oatmeal might be too much and perhaps will try Rolled Oats next time but flavour wise it was really good.
