Craig’s Notes

This is Rick Stein’s idea – at least for the cheese. Marinated the cheese in Olive Oil, Sesame Seeds and Oregano. This was then grilled both sides. Served with fresh sliced Tomates topped with julienne of Sun Dried Tomates, with a salad of Char-grilled Peppers and Shallot with a dressing made from the Sun Dried Tomatoes. Sprinkled with toasted Sesame seeds.

This is the second time I have done this dish and I am very pleased with it. Simple Sage flavoured Drop Scone (otherise known as a Scottish Pancake – see what I did there) with the oven roast Pork Fillet sitting on top with Mustard Mash, Pancetta wrapped Asparagus along with an Asparagus and Pea Puree and the Mustard Cream Sauce.

Delightful, simple and delicious Crème Brûlée with Short Bread Biscuits. What more could one want?
