Spiced Apple Tart with Caramel Sauce
Trimmed up the Trout Fillets and made pate. Served on thinly sliced Cucumber with Raddishes, creamed Horseraddish and little Red Wine and Shallot Vinagrette.
I made Tapenage and marinated the Lamb. Pan-fried it and finished in the oven. Served with very nice Nicoise Potatoes and Parsnip Puree.
Tangy Bramley Apple puree in a buttery pastry case flavoured with Cinammon served with Sweet Cream and Caramel Sauce.
