I love Asparagus and Hollandaise. Wrapped the blanched Asparagus in Pancetta. Grilled before service. Served with crispy fried Pancetta, Parmesan Crisp and poached Egg.
Beautiful Rainbow Trout with earthy and sweet Chorizo Risotto with Peas and Pea Puree.
The Bread and Butter Puddings were really very nice. Great bitter note from the Chocolate with with sweet and sourness of the Peach Sauce.
