Served with grilled Goat’s Cheese on a toasted Crouton with Apple Puree, Aplpe Jelly, warmed Apple, Apple slithers, Black Pudding and Creme Fraiche Dressing.

Roasted and trimmed the Lamb rack with Lamb Kofta, Yoghurt and Mint, Red Cabbage, Green Beans, Asparagus, White Wine Sauce and Pommes Boulanger.

Panna Cotta with Strawberries, Cream and Shortbread.
