Cooked the Cauliflower with Onions, Garlic, Potato, Curry Powder, Stock, Flour and Coconut. Blended, passed and seasoned. Served with Roast Cauliflower, Cauliflower Cous Cous, Cream and Raisins.

Served the Steak with Pommes Puree and Fondant, charred Leek with Onion Seeds and Broccoli,

Meringues with Chantilly Cream, poached Pears in Apple Juice, Berries and Berry Sauce.
