Dark Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse with Chocolate Brownie

Lovely starter. Poached Egg sitting atop crispy Potato wedges, Black Pudding and Bacon with Leaves and Red Wine Sauce. Sprinkled with the crispy rendered Bacon fat.Yum! Yum!

Need to work harder on making this dish look better! Served the Haddock with Potato and Chorizo Fricasse, Pea Puree, Chorizo and Pea Fritters and Red Wine, Shallot and Pea Dressing.

Chocolate Mousse with Coffee, made to look like a cup of Coffee with a Brownie. Nice.
