Cream of Spiced Cauliflower Soup with Roasted Cauliflower and Cauliflower Cous Cous

Prime Scottish Beef Fillet Steak with Béarnaise Sauce & Black Pepper Onion Rings

Assorted Berry Eaton Mess with Poached Pears

 (√Dairy, √Egg, √Vegetarian)

Made the Cauliflower soup with Onions, Garlic, Potato and Cauliflower. Spiced it with a little Curry Powder. Blended, passed and seasoned. Served with Yoghurt and Mint, Sultanas, Roast Cauliflower and Cauliflower Cous Cous.

Pan-fried the Steaks, finished under the grill and served with Pommes Fondant, Asparagus, glazed Carrot and Bernaise Sauce.

Crispy Meringues with Chantilly Cream, macerated Berries, poached Pears and a little but of each juice.
