Seared Black Peppered Salmon with Cucumber Pickle

Fillet of Haddock with Stewed Tomatoes, Pesto & Crispy Onions

(√Dairy, √Fish, √Gluten)

 

Bramley Apple Crumble with Custard

 (√Dairy, √Gluten, √Vegetarian)

Cured the Salmon with Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper. Seared in a very hot pan and served with Cucumber Salad, Cucumber Pickle, Cucumber Balls, Radishes and Fennel.

Pan-fried the Haddock and served with the stewed Tomatoes, Onions and Pesto along with Pommes Anna, crispy Onions, Shallot, Sun Dried Tomato and Pea Dressing with Pea Oil.

Bramley Apply Puree served in a roast Granny Smith with Buttery Crumble and hot, sweet Custard.
