Seared Black Peppered Salmon with Cucumber Pickle

 (√Fish, √Sesame)

 

Fillet of Haddock with Stewed Tomatoes, Pesto & Crispy Onions

(√Dairy, √Fish, √Gluten)

 

Bramley Apple Crumble with Custard

 (√Dairy, √Gluten, √Vegetarian)

Cured the Salmon in Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper and then flash fried in very hot oil. Served with Cucumber Salad, Cucumber Pickle, Cucumber Balls, Radish and Dressing.

Pan-fried the Haddock and basted with Lemon Butter. Served with stewed Tomatoes and Onions, crispy Onion Rings, and Pesto and Basil Oil Dressing with toasted Pine Nuts.

For the life of me I cannot make a beautiful looking Apple Crumble – so I went for incredible flavour instead. Bramley Apple Puree, sprinkled with Cinnamon and topped with a classic crumble of Flour and Butter, topped with Demerara Sugar. Looked terrible tasted awesome.
