This is a very nice starter. Cured and Peppered Salmon, whcih I searved on a quick Cucumber Salsa with a soft Poached Egg and Hollandaise Sauce. Very Tasty.

Beautiful Pork Loin from Letterfinlay. Really delicious. Homemade stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Leek Mash, Roasted Apple and Cauliflower. Simple and very tasty,

Crème Brûlée is my favourite dessert and I cooked these perfectly. Served with a Sable biscuit.
