Crème Brûlée & Short Bread Biscuits
Seen some young Asparagus and our local shop, boght them and griddled them for lunch with Eggs and Bacon. So went back and bought some more for the menu. Served the Asparagus wrapped in Pancetta, with little Smoked Salmon, a warm Poached Egg and Hollandaise Sauce. Really very nice.
Simple pan-fried Sirloin done quickly just before plating. Butter had 3 mustards, dried and fresh herbs, Olive Oil and well seasoned. Crispy hot French Fries. Served with Sprouting Brocolli on Brocolli, Pea and Mint Puree.
Dessert is simple and delicious. Nothing more to say other than don’t overcook the Brûlée!
