Craig’s Notes

Good soup. Delicately spiced with Curry Powder. Pureed and passed to give smooth finish. Garnished with charred slices of Cauliflower cut on a mandolin.

The Striploin was nice but the tough tendon (?) on the top front eye of the meat had penetrated deeply into the eye. Had to cutoff all of the fat after slicing. Difficult to look nice. Excellent Yourkshire Puddings.

King of Dessert Apples, cooked with Sugar and Cinnamon. Crumble with Salted Butter (very important), Oats and Brown Sugar. Custard with Milk, Cream and Vanilla Paste.
