Served sautéed Mushrooms and Apples on “fried bread” Walnut and Sultana Bread with Apple slivers, Apple Balls, Apple Puree and Creme Fraiche, Cider and Mustard Dressing. Finished with Chives.

Oven Roast Chicken Breast with Fillet wrapped in Pancetta, Mustard Pommes Puree, Pommes Parmentier, Onions, charred Sweetcorn, Sweetcorn a la Francaise and Sweetcorn Puree with a Red Wine and Red Wine Vinegar Sauce with Red Current Jelly.

Poached Pear in syrup with Orange and Cinnamon. Served with Berries, Berry Sorbet and Eaton Mess.
