Craig’s Notes

Halloumi mariniated in Oregano, Olive Oil, Sesame Seeds and Black Pepper served with fresh Tomatoes with Gherkins, Capers, Pumkin Seeds and a Shallot and Sundried Tomato dressing.

Roast Fillet of Pork, carved onto a Sage Drop Scone, with Green Beans, mini Chateau Potatoes and a Red Wine and Port Sauce. Very nice. Very tasty.

Lovely individual Lemon Tarts with Chantilly Cream into which I folded mascerated Raspberries.
