Cream of Spiced Cauliflower Soup with Roasted Cauliflower and Cauliflower Cous Cous

Prime Scottish Beef Fillet Steak with Béarnaise Sauce & Black Pepper Onion Rings

(√Beef, √Dairy, √Eggs)

 

Dark Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse with Shortbread

 (√Dairy, √Egg, √Gluten, √Vegetarian)

Sautéed Onion and Garlic in Butter until soft. Added Cauliflower and Potato and a small amount of Curry Powder and cooked out. Added Tomato Puree and Ketchup, Stock, Water and Milk and bought to the boil then reduced to a simmer. Blended. Corrected consistency and seasoning. Served with Mint Yogurt, Cauliflower Cous Cous and roast Cauliflower.

Served a beautiful Fillet Steak with Pommes Fondant, Carrot, Asparagus, Béarnaise Sauce and Black Pepper Onion Rings. Delightful!
