Simple yet delicious menu.

Steamed and refreshed the Asparagus, wrapped in Pancetta. Grilled until crispy and served with soft Poached Egg, Béarnaise Sauce and a Parmesan Crisp with Black Onion Seeds.

Served the Sirloin with Red Wine and Mushroom Sauce (Onion, Carrot, Celery, Leek, Bay, Garlic, Red Wine, Stock, finished with Demi) with Pommes Fondant, Pommes Puree, Pea Puree, Carrots and Broccoli.

Not much to say about the dessert. it is wonderful.
