Paned and pan-fiend Halloumi (finish with Butter) with Tomatoes, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Oven Dried Tomatoes, with Pickled Shallot, fresh Shallot, Gherkins and Puttanesca Dressing.

Oven roast Pork Fillet wrapped in Pancetta, drizzled with Maple and served with Pommes Puree, Peas, Butter Carrots, Cabbage with Onions Seeds and Milk Sauce.

Tart Tatin (thinner less risen pastry:50:50 plain and SR) with Apple Sorbet.
