Cream of Spiced Cauliflower Soup with Roasted Cauliflower and Cauliflower Cous Cous

Prime Scottish Beef Fillet Steak with Béarnaise Sauce & Black Pepper Onion Rings

(√Beef, √Dairy, √Eggs)

 

Assorted Berry Eaton Mess with Poached Pears

 (√Dairy, √Egg, √Vegetarian)

Sautéed Onion, Garlic, Potato and Cauliflower. Added Curry Powder, Flour. Stock and Milk, bought to the boil and simmered until cooked. Pureed, passed and added Cream and served with Mint Yoghurt, Roast Cauliflower, Cauliflower Cous Cous and Raisins.

I have little to say about the main course other than it is awesome!

The Lasagne Verdi is Leeks and Asparagus, layered with Pea Velouté, Cheese, Pumkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds. Very nice.

Fruits of the Forest with Meringue, Chantilly Cream and Poached Pears. Just a delight.
