I’ve always liked this starter. Very simple yet really effective. Make a parfait with the Mackerel trimmings, Horseradish Cream and butter. Set in the fridge. Serve on a beautiful Potato Salad with Cucumbers and Melba Toast.
Classic Roast Pork with stuffing and apples. I have nothing more to add. Scrumptious and a favourite of everyone.
This is a great dessert. It is basically a sponge with rehydrated dates and a rich a dark Toffee Sauce. Served with Custard not Ice Cream for one of my Guest’s dietary requirements.
