I realised that we didn’t have any suitable bread for the Bruschetta so I made an Orange and Chilli flavoured loaf for the Bread. Chargrilled and served with Crab mixed with the Mayonnaise, Fennel Salad and pickled Shallots.
One of our favourites. Pan-fried Fillet of Pork served on the Drop Scone with Redcurrant and Port Wine Sauce with Roast Potatoes and Apple Sauce.
I am told that the Mousses are too big but I think they are perfect. Home made shortbread. There is little better.
