Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Chantilly Cream

Prepared the parfait lining the lid first with Mackerel. Served with Potatoes, Gherkins, Capers, Potato Salad, few Leaves and pureed Vierge Dressing.

Roast Loin of Pork, with large slice of roast Stuffing, topped with Apple half filled with cold Apple Puree, Roast Potatoes, Pomme Puree, Beetroon and Pan-fried Carrot half.
