Grilled Goat’s Cheese with Waldorf Salad

(√Dairy, √Gluten, √Nuts, √Sesame)

 

Baked Fillet of Haddock with Chorizo, Tomatoes and Crispy Onions

(√Dairy, √Gluten, √Fish)

 

Crème Brûlée with rich Shortbread Biscuits

 (√Dairy, √Eggs, √Gluten)

(We only had two Guests for dinner and it was the day of their arrival and one of the Guests does not like Goat’s Cheese hence the change.)

Served the poached Egg on a grilled Black Pudding with fried Potatoes and Bacon, dressed Leaves, Red Wine Sauce and Bacon bits.

Made a Chorizo and Tomato Stew and thickened with Potato and flavoured with Red Wine. Cooked right down. Put into an oven dish and added the Haddock. Baked in the oven. Served with Sauté Potatoes and crispy Onion Rings.

I have nothing to say about the dessert other than it is simple, delicious and perfect.
