Craig’s Notes

I really like this starter. The pickling liquor is really flavoursome and full of complexity. Nice bit of creamy Mashed Potato and the julienne of vegetables from the liquor.

Steak and Chips always a winner. Add Bernaise Sauce and some nicely minted Peas in a Pea Puree and you can’t go wrong.

Trifle is always a winner. Could have done with a bit more complexity and refinement. Nice but needs work. Perhaps a home made coulis or jelly and not just the traditional custard. Needs work.
