Craig’s Notes

Served the Crab Cakes with a Chilli Sauce (not hot though – tasted very nice!) served warm, with a Mango Salsa and julienne of Carrot, Spring Onion and Shallot with Sesame Oil and toasted Sesame Seeds.

I was taught this is Entrcote Balmoral. Very nice indeed. Used King Prawns but think smaller Prawns would better. Served with Pommes Anna and Green Beans.

Really tangy Bramley Apple with Pears sauteed in Butter and Cinnamon with crumble mixed with our own Granola. Very, very delicious.
