Oven Roast Breast of Guinea Fowl with Red Onion Puree and White Wine Sauce

Tiramisu – Chocolate, Coffee and Cheesecake Cream flavoured with Amaretto and Almond Biscotti

Really lovely tart this and the combination is beautiful. Served with a Tomato and Leek salad with a Leek Dressing.

Always popular but the Red Onion Puree needs work – perhaps even dropping. Caramelised Onion might be better, White Wine sauce was a delight.

This is a wonderful dessert and if I had served it in a more conventional and simple way it would have looked better. Tried to be too fancy. Still – tasted great.
