Craig’s Notes

Make sure the Crab is left alone and not mixed with Yogburt as per the recipe. Better to add the elements indiviually to the stack. Crispy bread. Not too much Dressing or Marie Rose.

Excellent dish. Make the mini Shepherds pies but use a Pastry Case to hold the shape. Make sure they are rich and delicious. Served with Mashed Potato and Peas and Pea Puree. Bit of Mint in the Pea Puree.

Excellent receipe. Put plenty of Golden Syrup in the top of the mould and into the basic sponge recipe. Plenty of Custard with plenty of Vanilla Paste.
