Grilled Goat’s Cheese with Waldorf Salad on a crispy Crouton with roast Apple and pickled Shallots and a sprinkle of toasted seeds. Delicious and always popular with Guests.

This Haddock dish sounds very simple – and is – but is always immensely popular. Topped the Haddock with a Butter rich Onion crumble, stewed the Tomatoes adding Sun Blushed for a further intensity and added the pesto and the crispy fried Onions.

Lemon Meringue has been my favourite since I was a boy and my Mum used to make it for me on a Sunday. Mum’s was straight out of a packet and the best thing ever. Mine was made by me, and the curd was so wonderfully tart. The Lemon Curd Ice Cream was smooth and velvety and a great accompaniment.
