Craig’s Notes

 

I am very pleased how this worked out. Red Mullet and Prawns in a rich Tomato and Paprika Sauce flavoured with Lemon Juice served with a very large and crisp crouton and Chorizo.

I stuffed the Haddock with creamed Leeks, coated with Mornay Sauce, sprikled with Cheddar, Parmesan and Bread Crumbs and baked until golden. Served with Pomme Dauphinose, Onion Puree and deep fried Leeks.

Oats, Honey, Whisky and Cream Frozen with a very nice Oat Biscuit and Warm Berries.
