Pan-fried Fillet of Scottish Trout with Chorizo Fricassee & Peas

Cranachan – a traditional Scottish Dessert of Cream, Honey, Oats, Whisky and Raspberries

Crispy Pastry Case with Chestnut and Portabello Mushroom filling, with basic tart filling baked in the oven until set and slightly brown. Served with Mushroom Purée, Greens and sauté Field Mushroom.

Beautiful Trout and delicious Potato and Chorizo Fricasse,. Served with Peas, Pea Purée and Shallot and Caper dressing.

Whisky and Honey Cream, Berry Cream toasted Oats, Raspberries and Raspberry Sauce. Lovely jubly!
